I proudly offer a low cost divorce option. I do uncontested divorces for individuals with no children and no property for a low fee of $399 (plus $351 for Court filing fees and administrative expenses).

You will qualify for this fee if:

1. You have no children under 21 years of age and none are expected.
2. You and your spouse have already divided up your property and do not wish to make any claims for equitable distribution or maintenance.
3. Your spouse will sign the divorce papers within 120 days from the date the Index No. was purchased.

Before you decide if you want to do an uncontested divorce, you should ask yourself the following questions:

Do you need an Order of Protection to keep you safe from your spouse after the divorce?
Do you need continued financial support (maintenance) from your spouse after the divorce?
Do you need health insurance?
If you and your spouse owned things together and/or owe money together, how should the property and debts be divided in the divorce?
Does your spouse have a pension or other financial retirement plan? Can you share in it if you divorce?
