LITIGATION COUNSEL—Low Fees--Getting Sued? Need to Sue?

I am an experienced Civil Litigator. I represent people in Commercial disputes over breached contracts for the performance of services, and for the sale of goods. I am very familiar with the Uniform Commercial Code. I fight for contractors, consumers, buyers, sellers, Plaintiffs and Defendants.

I also negotiate settlements with credit card companies. For example, I negotiated a $40,000 debt down to $5,000. Although past success does not guarantee future success, I have been very successful in fighting the big credit card companies.

I recently had two lawsuits filed by a very big debt collection law firm dismissed against my client, saving my client over $20,000.00. In this case, I filed Order to Show Causes to vacate Judgments against my client and won. My client's restrained bank accounts were freed and all wage executions were stopped. Now all the money taken by the collection firm from my client has to be reimbursed!!

For all responding to this add, my retainer agreement will charge only $75 per hour for my services. This is an introductory rate and will expire after twenty hours of legal work has been performed. After these twenty hours expire, my hourly rate will increase to $125 per hour, which is still below market rate. The amount of the minimum retainer will depend upon the complexity of the case.

This offer expires on June 30, 2008 at 5PM.

I have a good trial record as well. I am an experienced litigator. So if you need to sue someone or are being sued, contact me.
